Walking simulator with boring and tensionless scripted encounters

Pushes itself far beyond being just another clone thanks to a Lie system that lets you have meaningful moments with NPCs, some haunting yet gorgeous locations, beautiful music and a perfect melding of the Sekiro deflect and classic Souls combat (which in itself feels like the next step that FromSoft would’ve taken). And on top of all of this it’s actually a fascinating retelling of Pinocchio that incorporates other classic tales. Also Laxasia is HOT AS FUCK!!!!

Wish the new game had more multiple choice things like this and different endings!

Most shameful rating and entry on my diary for sure, this game got me and my wallet gagged hard

Imma need a new version of this game with a bigger roster and more combos ASAP whose dick do I have to suck for this

Feels like they only really found their footing with the puzzles and story with this final episode. Solid payoffs, an engaging story that keeps transforming with a wild ending. A very well written game held back by budget and resources.

Has an interesting final conversation but not having Telltale’s multiple paths makes it all feel inconsequential even if it’s well written

Okay this one actually had an engaging story but is still held back by awfully and borderline tedious basic gameplay

Slightly better than the first one thanks to some actually well written moments but I’ll be real the ending got me real hooked for the next one

Now I can say THIS IS MY DUNE and actually mean it

Had some moments of good writing and the voice acting is quite solid but the gameplay is far too simplistic with some tedious ‘puzzles’. Clearly made on the cheap despite the obvious passion for the series.

Should be mandatory length for most video games

It’s an all timer classic with two fantastic lead performances, a plethora of addictive content, an exciting story and a compact playground to explore even if the trophies turn it into a brutal, gruelling, painful and borderline tortuous gauntlet of endless pain

mmmmmmm I just love 19 inches of Venom
