A brief but powerful story communicated entirely through visuals and gameplay, with no dialogue whatsoever. Wonderful little experience that once again proves that interactivity can add so much to storytelling.

In some respects, one of the better Fire Emblem games I've played, but the NES-era map/enemy design is not fun to wade through. I love the story, characters, art, music, etc., but by the end I got pretty tired of the gameplay itself.

Yeah, I can totally see why this game is so beloved now. Each level introduces something completely new and each world has great atmosphere and music, especially impressive for a game made in 1994. Easily one of the best SNES games.

A delightful, offbeat take on the rhythm genre that is just FILLED with cute touches. The art is soft and welcoming, the music is varied and catchy, and the core game itself gives plenty to do despite a short runtime. Definitely worth checking out!

3D World is still one of the most consistently fun 3D Mario games, now even better with a faster speed and surprisingly good online. Bowser's Fury is a stellar mix of linear design and an "approach from any angle" ethos and I want MORE.

Played through this in full for the first time since 2017, and it remains a GREAT game. It's just so full of charming worlds, fun movement, and Mario weirdness, definitely earning its spot as my favorite sandbox-style 3D Mario.

A pretty weak end to the SNES DKC trilogy, honestly. The atmosphere, music, and visuals are a big step down from the first two and the level design is just kinda unmemorable. It's not really BAD per say, it's just boring.

A very short, simple, and easy game... but I really like it! Going super weird for the first portable installment of Mario is an interesting move that makes this game stand out, even if it's definitely been outclassed several times.

I am so mixed on this game compared to 1. The levels are more varied and creative, but the movement is so floaty. The visuals look great for the system, but the music is really weak. Overall, it's a fun time, but it's a bit inconsistent.

A neat lil indie game that I'll have a review up for soon. You have to complete a bunch of timer-based chores within one big time limit, basically like a single-player Overcooked. It's not super polished or anything, but it can be fun for what it is!

Who would have thought that a free pack-in could be such a fun celebration of PlayStation's past while also demoing the tech that will make up their future? The DualSense use is eye-opening and the platforming/presentation are just delightful. I want more!

A great remaster of an already great game. The combat/movement is addictive, the story is top-tier Spidey, and the visuals are amazing in Performance RT mode. Peter's new face isn't as good, but I got used to it since the rest is still great.

A great continuation that justifies itself as more than just a side story, establishing Miles' Spidey super well. Some of the recurring puzzle elements aren't great, but wintertime NYC and expanded combat more than make up for the flaws.

Random, I know, but this is actually one of the first games I've played! I recently revisited it for a (now canned) video. It's... alright! Racing through tracks based off of rides is neat, but the racing itself is only okay.

This is honestly the best Uncharted game? Naughty Dog's level design is still very weak, but the first half gives it an interesting, open twist, while the second half is the usual fun, goofy action. (Plus, Chloe and Nadine are gay. I love them.)
