live on stage (emusute) was... okay! it was standard genre fare. the rhythm game was way too easy, and sidem music is kind of ass, but it's commus were alright. it's kind of hard to rate mobages; they're predatory with stamina systems and gachas. video games are art, yes, of course... but is the mobage art? sure, it has art with in it. an artist made the songs, made the cards, wrote the stories, designed the ui, made the beatmaps; it's full of indivdual artists, but it's kind of hard to argue the artistic merit of it when it's all tied up in one money sucking package. ah, whatever. emusute had 3d idol models and ryo akizuki, and maybe that's all one needs.

could only really be recommended to people who are invested in honeyworks' universes... the rhythm game wasn't challenging or interesting, it honestly ran really poorly on most devices, it had a gacha. 2 years of service really can't be sniffed at though; the game had a fanbase.
