I really tried to love this game, to even just like it.
The graphics were lovely, character creation was really nice. Scenes, themes, controls- all great.
But it just. kept. going.
I played this with a friend through their account and by the time we got to some icey place- we were both miserable and bailed.
We both lamented how it could have really been good if it wasn't so long and there was actual progression in the story line.
Honestly I have no idea how long the game goes on before there's evidence that the couple might start to get along.
I was also heavily against the message that forcing two people who are old enough to make their own choices stay together against their will might just in fact be a fix for them.
I was frustrated and felt terrible for both of them the entire playthrough.
If someone would ask me if I'd recommend this game- I'd grimace at them and turn away to leave them to their own devices.

This was a fantastic concept.
However the execution was terribly lacking ):
My friends and I grew bored faster than we imagined we would.

I used to live on this game.
This was the first game to really drag me into the whole "gamer" scene.
I used to love it.
And then I found out about how Starbound came to be and the people that were taken advantage of.
I refuse to recommend it to anyone and hope that one day the people who were taken advantage of and used get the pay and respect that they deserve.

Waiting for the map update before I go back into this.
Everything seemed okay-ish. I was just incredibly frustrated with multiplayer map traveling.

I've been playing Wurm for years.
After Wurm Online shafted Unlimited and sold to a different company I decided to only play Unlimited.
Unlimited will no longer receive official updates and is up to server owners and modders to work together for new content.
With that said, with each individual server is a completely different experience.
Faster or slower speeds or xp gains. Extra mobs, less restrictions, more restrictions, more in game buildables, etc.
I've played this game into the ground on too many servers to count.
I've owned my own server, helped on lots of other servers, helped people set their servers up, taught them how to gm, etc.
I can say this.
Wurm Unlimited will always have it's bugs. It will always lack in graphics, you will always have to drive yourself a bit further and find something to distract yourself from your boredom and you'll more than likely find burnout here.
But I think I'll always play Wurm Unlimited.
The social aspect, the creative driven deeds, looting fallen settlements, fighting "uniques", or just sitting in the program "Deed Planner" for hours on end setting up my next deed build.
Wurm Unlimited is my home.
I think a lot of people like myself flock to this type of game to escape their life and do what they're incapable of doing.
People who struggle with PTSD, depression, anxiety, lonliness, etc. You tend to find lots of like people in this game.
People quickly feel like neighbors and neighbors quickly feel like family : )
