genuinely cannot remember the last time I finished a replay of this outside of childhood 😭 I definitely still prefer some aspects of the dawn of souls remakes but I still had fun

I still really like the other versions of P3 for different reasons but this was such a great remake and so gorgeous, still sad no femc tho

played on switch collection

cant remember the last time i finished this all the way thru but i had a good time with it, not my favorite ace attorney cases (last one has always been a banger tho) but i've always liked the overarching story and characters

Kinda slow in some parts for me but overall had some really high story moments as well as having even cooler visuals this time around esp for the areas and cutscenes towards the end of the expansion.

Really fucking hated the dungeons this time idk 😭 but it was all worth it for seeing sibling and Singh/Shini again and also the fucking Bjorn Kaiju fight

leaving a lot unsaid here but I'm so excited for v4 tho

enjoyed my time w this a lot more than I did when it first came out, intermission was super cool and fun I liked it

banger actually, hope this becomes a series

finally finished peak, best ace attorney

5 star bias rating but I used to play this on the computer constantly as a kid before I was even in grade school 😭 extremely nostalgic for me and I still really love the primitive 3d stuff, makes for a very distinct and interesting vibe i remember being really captivated by. Super trippy and nostalgic idk, a fun time still

i wrote up like this whole thing the other day but it was really cringey so i deleted 😭

ive been playing this for a year now with some healthy breaks in between (im still in the middle of version 3 and theres a lot of side content i have not gotten to from version 2) but i think i can safely say this has just barely succeeded dragon quest 7 as my favorite dq experience ever :')

really really great story and characters (some of my favorite in the series), also personally great way for me to force my experience w japanese into practice instead of study

games like this rlly arent made anymore and if square enix ever localized this (wont happen bc it would be the single largest undertaking in video game localization history for a franchise that is niche everywhere outside of japan) it would be fucked so hard with monetization so id honestly just keep playing on jp servers. hopefully they decide to adapt version 3 into the offline game as well and localize that so the trilogy can be completed and english-only players can experience one of the dragon quest franchise's best adventures

great game, great english speaking community, great story, 10/10 reminded me why i love mmos and community rpgs and dragon quest as a whole. i wanna say more but this game is dense as fuck and i dont wanna be cringey<3

heres to 250+ more hours and more years of play !!

marking as my completion for version 2

the pacing was kinda weird on this one with 2.0-2.2 being most of the expansion and 2.3 and 2.4 going by pretty fast. still some really great stories and callbacks to past dqs in this and i had a lot of fun w it!! version 3 time babeyy

Forced myself to replay this instead of doing another round of SJ playthroughs and ugh

Some of the best visuals and music in the series while also having the most mangled story, and combat that plays it safe but also loses the quickness/snappiness that's present in most mainline smt :') every time I play this it's just disappointment bc I followed it so intently from announcement and expected an elevation instead of a mix of smt 3 and 4 that somehow ends up being worse than both

i fear this is gonna be another yearly replay/game i replay into oblivion

Just an okay little bit of fanservice for the two franchises, this took me forever to get through because unfortunately was 10x more shallow in gameplay then the respective mainline games for each franchise, which are already pretty simple. Fun moments in here though I guess

Oh man I had so much fun with this!! I enjoyed a lot more than Bayo2 but my main issues are the extremely sluggish Kaiju battle segments and the absolute character assassination in the last bits of the final chapter 😭 Viola is a fun character and I can't wait to see more of her but Platinum is fucking stupid to think shes a strong enough character in her own merits to be the next Bayonetta. Also Jeanne being playable after credits feels kinda pointless, I didn't play around with her much at all but she seems just like a different skin for Bayonetta idk if her combos are different at all
