It’s a Bethesda open world extravaganza blended with the design priorities of an old school CRPG. It’s a real smooth mix, and the world of New Vegas is a fascinating place, with distinct communities that have their own goals, values, and aspirations.

The game’s in desperate need of a remaster, though. The creation engine is janky, slow, and kinda ugly. New Vegas still shines as a believable game world, I just wish it was more pleasant to revisit.
