A dopamine rush from start to finish, while not a long experience, it's honestly one you don't want to miss. The gameplay loop is incredibly satisfying and the aesthetics is put together to perfection. The mastery in both design and mechanics makes it one of my biggest surprises this year.

"Deserts of Kharak" captures the ambiance and feel of its predecessor, adding a nice twist to the Homeworld formula. The story kept me hooked until the end and the missions design added to the overall experience. While I don't plan on playing beyond the campaign, I would still recommend this game to any Homeworld fan.

It was revolutionary when it was released back in the day and Capcom really went all out to ensure this remake/remaster was top quality. If you've never played a survival horror game, this is the place to start. While the 2/3 remasters were good, this package with Separate Ways is perfect. It's a masterclass in survival horror.
