Played it on and off through it's pre-release, but with the arsenal update came back to finish. This game is one of the best Roguelites in terms of incremental progression and difficulty balancing and easily my favourite roguelite in the FPS genre. fantastic feedback on weapons and a really strong art direction that reminds me of Borderlands 1's cell shading, CRIMINALLY underrated.

Lot of flaws, biggest of which is being a direct comparison with DD1. Does a lot of things better, does a few things worse. Overall enjoyable and worth the 100 hours, but definitely want to revisit after the inevitable Dark Arisen expansion

Review as of "Fall of Avalon" update. Game is stellar with the feel good combat of Curse of the Dead Gods, but without the apprehension that came with the curses. Game stays tense with a timer, but keeps you on your toes. Each character plays very uniquely and can be played different ways through unlockable customizations. Highly addictive, insanely "One more run" vibe
