Holy fuck. The presentation of this game is something so creative and memorable. Beautiful and haunting, like the writing. This is not a horror game but it is absolutely horrific

Juegazo. Es bonito, extraño y críptico.

Shoutout to unconventional games about the trans experience with weird graphics, gotta be one of my favorite genders.

A cutting little story... I guess I'd call it a cautionary tale, in a way? The game was harsh but it rang true to events we see happen often in the queer community, which should be a place of beauty but is unfortunately sandbagged down with so much pain. The dissonance between the cutesy Y2K web chat aesthetic and the tragic events depicted worked well to highlight this, showing that deep pain and darkness can lurk beneath us even when we try to present a bright face to the world. We have to try to be stronger, even a little bit, every day.

"god... they're all just children. all of them out there. very lucky... very sheltered children... they don't know how bad things could get."

A deeply beautiful and painful rumination on queer trauma and stewardship. A 20-minute sob-fest accompanied by some perfectly-fitting music and visuals. I'm not trans but it feels deeply relatable across the queer spectrum, and I cannot recommend it highly enough if you're in a space that can stomach some of the pain of its writing.

Magnificent.

Fuck you. I hate this. Thank you.

(I dunno, I also have some vague thoughts marinating in my brain about what place this kind of overshare-core stuff has in art, media and our general existence in this broken world, but it's all kinda formless, and this isn't the place for it. But yeah this is like, a 20 minute game, it's very good, and it hurt like hell)

deeply hard-hitting visual novel. angel girls suffering. go play it!!!
