At a glance it seems like a good twinstick. But it has next to no roguelite elements, the only things that shuffle are room layouts (not even placements), and very limited upgrades will make it so that it's consistenly possible to see everything and become a god in 30 minutes. To this day I don't know what are the brain boss's patterns.
