A port of Fatal Fury Special
Fatal Fury Special is a powered-up version of 'Fatal Fury 2' which brings a faster game speed, introduces combo attacks for the first time in the Series, and welcomes more returning characters for a total of 15 fighters.

I tried to appreciate this. I know the main reason: the background jump mechanic. While it does evoke a nice effect I constantly felt it made some fights unbalanced.
Difficulty seems unbalanced on top of that.

eh. i'm sure it's good, but this was not a fantastic starting place for me.
