Blockland is a non-linear sandbox game with no set goals, giving players the freedom to design and construct elaborate structures. Styled as a tiny minifigure, players build inside of the virtual world using bricks reminiscent of toy blocks.

This was a really interesting game for me. I started playing this since around 2013 and there was many fun servers and games that you can play. I also loved getting on the blockland forums just to download a cool addon and just mess around for fun like making my own war battles between the zombies and blockhead bots by making them have their own weapons and just killing eachother. There are amazing servers and gamemodes like speedkart, randomizers, dogfight, renderman, dix miggie, despair fever, deathrun, TOURAMENT (which was a first person quakelike gamemode where you chose a weapon to stick with and fought other players in a tournament tree. it was so fucking fun) so much more. it was like a awesome combo between roblox and gmod and if was actually fun. however this game has a really bigoted community and thats not really fun. also good luck if the server you like gets hosted, because that shit will probabbly never reappear for like, years. overall it was a pretty fun game that just has a crappy community and is dying.

It's a damn shame what happened to this game, Steam release really did just kill it. Great game and community at the time, had great tools for making cool builds and gamemodes, suppose it was never meant to be. Seems mostly inactive now, only time you can get on an active server seems to be on weekends. I'll set my rating to what the game was at it's peak back then, seems silly to rate it as it is now since it's mostly dead lol (don't look at the game's forums)
