Honestly if any game deserved a sequel to fix up the problems from the first game it was this one.
Definitely a first year GBA game for a concept that was probably best suited for 2003 or 2002 at the least.

The graphics are very impressive for the platform and the driving is fine, but the bosses are trivial and the missions get very repetitive. Overall, it's interesting but half-baked.
Really hurt by it's age. The driving feels really rudimentary and plain for how important it is to everything
