Creeper World 2 is best described as the Zelda II of the series - it uses a side-on perspective instead on the usual top-down.
The new perspective offers a few notable changes in gameplay (such as gravity being more important, terrain modification) but it maintains it's excellent Creeper World Core.
It offers 20 story levels and 10 bonus levels (which took me 16 hours to beat) as well as a level generator and access to user created levels, so there's more than enough content.
There is definitely room for more ideas here but overall CW2 is a very solid package and well worth its price.
