Two years after the events of the first title, the star system Theophilus is under attack by a force called "Menace". Sent to defend the galaxy once more, Sho meets a new Vipa named Feanay, who is seemingly tied to the Menace. Together, they fight to destroy Menace and discover Feanay's true origin.

Yeah, I can see why virtually nobody knows about this game.
A third person shooter musou is a nice idea, and the game makes a good first impression with pretty good game feel and some interesting mechanics.
Sadly everything else in the game is aggressively mediocre: The lock-on makes shooting extremely monotonous, the enemies are pathetic, the rpg elements are very minimal, the stages are basic as hell and the mission objectives offer little variety.
