its fun for like half an hour but you also see everything the game has to offer in that half hour

Omega Force seems to have forgotten that they hid the repetition of Dynasty Warriors games by letting you pick whatever character you wanted for a mission but since its an adaptation of the manga you can only pick Kenshiro in the adventure mode

there's way more characters to play as but you have to finish the game to actually unlock them

this should've just been its own thing instead of trying to be an adaptation

Fist of The North Star: Ken's Rage 2 is simply a way better version of the first game.

Gameplay has sped up and improved significantly across the board. One of the issues of the previous was how slow the animations were. When you did special moves, it did a freeze frame every time and would break up the flow of gameplay. That has been rectified.

KR 2 now covers the entire manga instead of just the first half and is done rather well for the budget they were allotted. The main mode, legend mode, is quite lengthy as a result. Took me about 16 hours to get through. It’s important to note too, however, that this is a musou game, so that is to be expected.

leveling up and whatnot is present. You also get the chance to obtain passive skills using scroll nexus. You acquire scrolls by obtaining them in-game and after completing episodes. Then afterwards you can line up scrolls of the same skill to achieve passive buffs for battles. Pretty interesting but also an incentive to grind afterwards if you want to achieve the ultimate nexus.

Apart from this you also dream mode where you can play original stories of the characters you unlock from legend mode.

The soundtrack is amazing, it’s basically the same one from the previous one but I did notice some new tracks in the latter half of the game. Kick ass guitar riffs go perfect with the on-screen carnage after unleashing your Hokuto Shinken madness.

I am a pretty big FOTNS fan, so I quite enjoyed my time with Ken's Rage 2. It can be a difficult game to recommend if you aren't a fan because of the musou aspect but if you don't mind then check it out. It’s quite expensive these days though.

Jogar esse Jogo escutando música de touhou foi uma experiência inesquecível, porém eu nunca vi uma tela de loading demorar tanto cara vai se foder
