Just read the manga. Not sure why I even tried this.

It's the retelling of the East Blue arc, with some filler and original scenario added, also some optional character to be recruited like Krieg or Alvida.

Aside from that, the game is a slog to play, battle takes too long, encounter rate is high, and exploration is just frustrating. In some story, you need to be standing in a specific tile that's usually a bit different from the surrounding tile, USUALLY. Sometimes it just seems like a random tile.

Combat is a tactical turn-based stuff, very easy, not much tactic needed, just pummel your enemy until they die.

worth it just to hear the first anime opening in all it's gameboy chiptune glory. Some of the highlight anime scenes are also nice to see in this artstyle (to bad there are not that many of them). The gameplay/worldmap/sprites are low budget but what to you expect when you see the title? The combat in particular is very Gundam SD like.
