I remember playing this on my old iPod Touch when I was in middle during my huge Gorillaz phase. The copium I was taking just justified me even playing it was so strong; in retrospect I feel really sorry for 14 year old STRM.

A part of me still hopes that one day the group will try another Gorillaz Album with the amount of multimedia side stuff that Plastic Beach had but I think those days are long since gone and since their self published now they probably don’t have the funds to do something expensive; like making an entire recreation of the titular Plastic Beach in a huge water tank just for the album cover, or make a whole website that was basically a point and click adventure game where you get to explore Plastic Beach and interact with the band members.

God I wish I was born earlier so I can experience the old Gorillaz website.
