Intriguingly dark but ultimately unrewarding visual novel with a formulaic gameplay loop.
+ addictive "just one more day" appeal making the <10 hour plot digestible
+ effectively written deranged dialogue and some aggressively macabre visuals
+ enough time to easily accomplish main goals but not complete everything
+ good soundtrack for every kind of tone
- no voice acting whatsoever
- terrible display of information in the UI (e.g. calendar not showing the date, inconsistent dialogue choice positions, etc.)
- flat characters who are mostly defined by one unusual trait each
- attributes and relationships are never really acknowledged
- easily predictable ending(s) that depend on a single late choice and only leave a bad aftertaste
