I Wanna Be the Guy: The Movie: The Game is a 2D platform indie freeware video game created by independent developer Michael "Kayin" O'Reilly for Microsoft Windows using Multimedia Fusion 2. First released in October 2007, the game is not in active development despite being listed as a beta, though the source code for the game was released by Kayin in November 2011. IWBTG is most famous for its difficulty. Most of the landscape is engineered specifically to kill the player character. Alongside a traditional range of recognizable dangers, such as spikes and pits, there are many less obvious threats as well, most of which are all but impossible to avoid without either previous knowledge or trial and error.

One of the first "rage games" and to be honest, one of the best to do it, you can tell a lot of heart and soul went into making this even if it went into pissing you off, if you're able to laugh at yourself and your failures, definitely a fun game, sure it can definitely get annoying after a while, and it very much IS designed to piss you off, but it still is a great time

Played the Remastered version.
A really difficult but fun time, but there are some parts that are just annoying and not fun at all.

A blight on indie game society that ravaged its way through the Let’s Players of old before seeping into the design philosophy of every ROM hack to ever exist and now lives on in official capacity in the world of Super Mario Maker.

The beginning of the era of crappy single screen "rage" platformers that indie developers would, in the future, make with a better budget and charge you 15 to 20 dollars for. Didn't get it when the game was spread through word of mouth (and some kids would play it on the PCs in ye 'olde school computer lab), and I don't get it now. It's hard to take a game that sets out to troll you with any level of seriousness.

Lo apunto porque me lo vi de youtube. Si tuviera que pasármelo yo no lo haría XD
