Overall pleasant experience. This is the developer's first game in Godot, so I don't want to be overly critical of it. There were still, though, some odd design choices.

For example, the paths on the ground in the overworld lead to certain things like a forest or out of the city that you just can't access at all? It makes me wonder why they were even implemented as event triggers. For a game this short, players likely aren't going to wonder "hey how do people come and go from here" or "why can't I enter the forest" until you point it out, just to tell them they can't do it and never will be able to. The statue outside the manor also has an interactable flag on it, and you can interact with it, but only for it to say "I can't do anything with this/There's nothing to see here" -- So why let it even be interactable?

I don't really see this as a must-play or anything like that. It's really only good as a short, quick experience, but only if you're okay with leaving the game feeling underwhelmed and a bit let down. The game sets you in this large, somewhat detailed play-space, but then restricts you from accessing most of it both for regular exploration and as most of it serves 0 purpose in the actual gameplay timeline. It's like being at grandma's house, not allowed to touch anything and not really sure why.
