Its neat, I didn't play the original so idk how this stacks up but everything is solid and you can beat it in an hour. It's fun. Solid.
I like it and it made an enjoyable toilet journey on the Steam Deck but it didn't really need to exist, because if you've played Nightmare in Dream Land or Amazing Mirror, and you've played Kirby's Dream Land, you have implicitly already played this game

this is basically a remake of kirbys dream land (game boy) using gba assets and other little tweaks and its possibly one of the best ways to play that game wow this is actually amazing
gameplay is the same (Traditional Suck and Spit Mechanics and so on) but everything feels smoother and more polished and i could have not asked for a better version to enjoy dream land 1

Yeah, it is literally a Dream Land remake on GBA to the point of wanting it as a hack rom and playing it on a real GBA
