Lykke studios has released 3 outstanding puzzle games on Apple Arcade. Each are completely different while retaining high quality. Lumen might be the most approachable in terms of challenge and content. The idea is very simple but the hint system is non intrusive, can be used to adjust minor positions and it’s instantaneous. With content I mean how quick it is to complete the 285 puzzles and feel you’re done with the game. There are daily and weekly challenges that are quite fun but not a requirement to play them. Tint is quite challenging, so that alone will keep you busy. Stitch keeps getting new puzzles that can take a long time to finish. So it feels almost impossible to keep up and stay on top of things with it.

Lumen has a 50s style with the menus, music and the little story there is. Though calling it a story is a stretch. It’s about a woman inventing stuff and the Lumen box is part of her inventions. You can earn 3 stars for each puzzle to unlock unimportant collectibles.

The game is definitely worth playing if you like relaxing puzzle games that have some thinking but not too much.
