It's a pachinko game that you don't have much control over. It does have some of the best sprite work the Cotton series has seen though and many of them are really cute.

It's a game that exists. It's a little unfair to compare it to the other Cotton games since it's an entirely different thing altogether, plus I'm not familiar with pachinko games so I can't say much on it, really. It does suck that this has original assets made for it plus this was the last Cotton game for a while, though.
