It's not as good as the first game nevertheless some stuff makes up for it, I wish they hadn't scrapped some of the suits though.

everything in this game is perfect i love it there is much flavour to eveything, the swinging the gliding and the combat.
in this game the story is so much better in my opinion as there is so much character develop meant for miles as he goes on a little "i have no enimies arc" the the transformation peter makes is so insane to watch unfold when chracters get the symbiote in them they shine so much light onto their insecurities and aspirations its such a smart way to evolve a character but the only place it lacks is the ending in comparison to the first, dont get me wrong the ending is still amazing but it cannot compete with the masterpeice of an ending the first one had.
in regards to the hype up for the next game i will say the "G serum" being the goblin serum being brought up was predictable but the reveal of cindy or silk was amazing i really did not expect them to bring silk into the story i am very curious as to what doc octavius will do in the third i hope he makes a return. in terms of hype this game truly is the pinnacle of it a good example is the bike riding 10/10!
the combat in this game is pretty much the same formula that is inspired from the arkham games but in my opinion it is way better and they really just add extra flavour with the symbiote,venom and superior suit arms i love the 3 different skill trees and what they add.
the swinging and gliding have so much energy and are so amazing to perform in this game i could do nothing but go around new york for hours.
the surpirsing venom section being short but sweet had a great feel for the gameplay and really let you get a feel of the other side of things being able to fill the guard up with you 19 inches.
in the end this game really warms my heart and is one of the best games i have ever played in serval years and possibly years to come.
