MewnBase is a cute, 2D exploration/survival game. You land on an uncharted world only to realize you didn't bring any snacks and forgot half your luggage. But hey, at least you brought this workbench thing. You'll need to collect resources in order to construct a make-shift base. Craft a variety of different base modules, from airlocks to rain-water collectors in order to make your new home on this barren planet a little more cozy.

cute and visually appealing but there doesn't seem to be anything to it once you get past the "self sufficient" part of the game.

not a whole lot to do, but i enjoyed my time with it.
A pleasantly laid-back game. The absence of controller compatibility was a minor drawback for me, but overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The gameplay loop is quite engaging.

Mewnbase is a cute little game that I found in the Racial Equality Itch.io bundle, but after completing it a couple times over, I would definitely be happy paying for this game outright. It's a fun and lightweight base building game where you play as a cat on a space expedition. That's really all you need to know to get your interest peaked, at least if you're a dumb cutesy person like I am.
The game is made by a single developer who has clearly put a lot of heart into it, and is still actively working on it to this day.
