GOSH!! Look, I absolutely adore baseball video games, and what more can a gal ask for than a licensed NPB game which incredibly simple and fun baseball stuff! I get to lead my Swallows across whole seasons--it's wonderful!
The NGPC is just a lovely little handheld, I think, and this game OOZES charm. When you make a pitching change, your little tiny manager waltzes out onto the fielded, shouts the pitching change, and then the tiny little new pitcher comes in while the other walks off, and then the new one throws warmup pitches! The Show 22 doesn't do that!!
This game is lovely and perfect and might become basically my go-to when I feel like playing some NPB baseball.
