This will sound like an insane statement, but in some ways Neocolonialism is a perfect game? It has a very clear point to make, on that I consider important, and it succinctly marries narrative and mechanics to make that point.
It's 20 minutes long, has basically no graphics, no replayability, and no challenge. But imo a must play if you are interested in educational games
