I will never not like terminal-based hacker games and this one is really nice. While it doesn't have basic shortcuts like TAB autocomplete or repeating previous commands that are usually necessary in this type of game, it would arguably ruin it and rob it of its sense of oppression and of making it by the skin of your teeth
Such a tense, thrilling, and honestly sweet little gem. I feel like it fucking nails everything it's going for; it hits just the right level of complexity by the end that rapidly typing out commands to lock doors, turn security cameras, disable tripwires and ping terminals somehow feels overwhelming while still being, in reality, totally manageable. The tale it weaves is incredibly simple, but it's heartfelt and sincere enough that I couldn't help but smile at the end. Also, not to be pretentious, but play this without headphones! There's no sound through the whole thing, and I feel like that's honestly both an intentional decision in that it makes sense within the context of the scenario and in that your frantic keyboard clacking becomes the background noise! Seriously please play this
