The first game in KOEI's World at War strategy series on the SNES and Genesis. The game is set during WWII and allows players to assume either the Imperial Japanese Navy or the US Navy.

A very robust naval sim that has you dealing with both resource management and battle strategies as the US or Japan. The original PC-98 release's graphics are jarring enough to be distracting at times, but otherwise a solid strategy game.
