Shoot'em ups don't come any weirder than Parodius - dodge through waves of killer penguins, neon rabbits and 50ft tall dancing girls. An intense experience of one or two players. This compilation collects the first two arcade incarnations of Konami's shoot'em'up parody series on one disc: Fantastic Journey (Gokujou Parodius) and Parodius (Parodius Da!). Unlike the ports seen on the SNES these are much more accurate to the original arcade version.

You know for kids :]

(Way better than Cotton lol)

Trippy shoot em'up.

If you've played most Konami shoot em'ups of the era, you will feel totally at home with this one. Just with a crazy coat of paint.

これは絵的には”極上パロディウスだデラックスパック”かな?

This game is crazy fun. I've never done drugs, but if I did I would imagine it would be similar, so this game is my anti-drug, XD. You fight such diverse enemies as Uncle Sam in bird form, a mermaid who attacks with ”ホ”s/katakaka "Ho"s, a giant pair of dentures with monkeys running across the teeth. 2-player is highly reccomended.
