Since beta this has absolutely been a stand out in the genre. If it wasn't for D2 this would define the genre for me. The company's commitment to having quite little P2W (I have over 50 tabs, 2 quads, currency, map, etc) is amazing and considering it's a free game is insane. That said, I feel like they went through a phase where I'm not sure if it was necessary but the amount of tabs required every new league went up by at least 1. I probably won't touch it again until PoE2 this coming year and unfortunately there are some QoL that would be nice but will make the gameplay cycle so fast that it's understandable why they won't do it.
If you are going to play this game long term make sure to stretch your wrist regularly especially beginning of season.

i need to finish this game sometime. the story was actually kinda interesting I just kept dying on hardcore and didn't want to just suck it up and play softcore. Reminded me of playing Fate from childhood.
Better than any Diablo game released since Diablo 2 and yes, that does include the remake. The character skill tree is obscene.
