I don't really care about pirates and their genre, but the gameplay and systems here are as engaging and creative as the backlash to this game was '80s sexist. Infocom went out in a blaze of glory.

Had to use a walkthrough and encountered a few bugs but it is a very charming game in it's own way. It's clichéd as all hell and the romance happens to fast but if you want to experience a very 80s pirate romance then it doesn't get better than this.
