uh, I can explain...

Okay okay honestly this game isn't terrible by any means. It's a half-decent action-adventure game with minigames sprinkled throughout the adventure that improve your abilities as you clear them. You can learn spells that let you traverse the world in new ways and then return to older stages to see new routes.

Sadly this game doesn't have enough lasting power to make you want to revisit old areas. You'll more than likely be satisfied doing a casual playthrough and stopping after the final stage.

And in today's episode of "I didn't expect this game to be a metroidvania".
