I gave this a try while going through some factory games. It's basically Factorio in 3D and while it does a handful of unique things I mostly just found it difficult to see what was going on from the first person perspective.

The machinery is large and clunky and the neatly organised grid from Factorio is gone, replaced with spaghetti conveyor belts and verticality. While stuff largely links together okay it's easy to start sprawling over large areas and becomes harder to track. What you gain in graphics you lose in practicality.

For some reason I ran into FPS drops very quickly with this one and it was the main reason I ended up abandoning. If you like factories this is absolutely more of that but with a new view point that I don't think compliments the game.
