Well, since there is not a single adequate game, except for this one (possibly with an exception), according to SCP, it can be forgiven for its very short duration. 4 stories with different narratives. I would like more stories and more serious things... and I'm this tall and this wide, and I need to make TOAST!

A poorly translated (chinese devs) game with very superficial understanding of the SCP universe

I think this game, as a cinematical SCP experience and a walking sim, does it job pretty well.
My only real complaint is the total inability to skip upon cutscenes, even those who are only videos.

Also, the game is technically completed, but abandoned.
You can tell they left a kinda open ending with the entirety of the last SCP story in my opinion, perhaps to be expanded upon via DLCs, but sadly it won't be a thing.

Extra note: do the second SCP story deathless on story mode only.

Um dos melhores jogos de SCP q já joguei, simples assim.

Completed with 100% of achievements unlocked. An interesting concept, SCP: Secret Files comprises a series of relatively short sequences, each completely distinct in style, exploring the behaviour of a supernatural phenomenon. The core of the game really is in the stories that it tells, though there's somewhat more to it than a "walking simulator" - and in those stories it finds a good balance of exposition and mystery, leaning somewhat into a horror angle at times. The gameplay is admittedly a bit clunky which means that it's not as satisfying an overall experience as it might have been, but still a worthwhile experience. I gather that the game is just a taste of a much wider 'lore' and while I'm not immediately compelled to seek that out, it's certainly a possibility in future...

I like the idea of SCP anthology series but this sadly fails on the writing and gameplay side.

The gameplay feels very much made for phones as only interactions outside of moving is that you hold, slide or push stuff and it's all very generic and forgettable. There is also lots of standing around and listening which is also not very riveting.

But the biggest problem is that the writing is just kinda terrible outside that children's book section which was decent. Everyone there is suppose to be pretty much expert of their field but for some reason everyone sounds like they're written by a teenager.

There are some nice visual flourishes here and there and I found the toaster thing to be rather fun but other than that it's just not worth it.
