A more beginner friendly city building simulator that in comparison to its predecessors, it's more focused on the social impact of what you build rather than the more realistic approach. As a result, its target is different and it presents itself in a more stylish manner where you can approach the one you prefer in different ways. Basically, the presentation aspect was the priority here.
