I played on PC which is superior to Dreamcast from what I read. Have to say I don't remember much, ran when we had a Win95 PC lol, but I do recall some really memorable tracks and cars, no tedious load times and the races were functional aside from in some twisty-turny levels. Think I can conclude it seems like it's a pretty janky game that tried to corner a niche subject area seldom specialised in now by most racing games. Think there's a grand prix simulator on PC that has a really good user modding community who recreated these kinds of races that might be more worth your time.
