There are some changes i'm iffy on but this mod deserves a better chance from 3S purists I think
Damn, Q has great normals in this and I still can't beat the single-player campaign.

A really interesting rebalance mod for 3rd Strike. Is kinda harsh on the higher tier characters like Makoto and doesn’t really do much for some low tiers like Twelve and Sean, which is a shame because that seems like the main thing you’d want to do when rebalancing 3rd Strike.

Pra quem enjoou do 3rd Strike (acho difícil), tem esse hack que é MUITO BOM! Adiciona alguns golpes pra cada personagem, nerfa alguns bonecos quebrados, buffa alguns bonecos injogáveis, TEM 2 SEANS E ELES SÃO MUITO FODAS.
Muito foda, joguem.

they made Remy an Q playable, plus Gouki SAIII is now actually fun to use
