Pretty useful building kit featuring a lot of small decorative objects that you can place on the floor or on top of surfaces to give a room a bit more life. If you have a messy sim you can place a pair of shoes that are crumbled up on top of the box, or a stack of boxes. There's also some home gym equipment, some nerdy stuff like the headphone holder, some makeup stuff, a phone and keys, a jar full of lose change, etc.
Because we are talking about the Sims 4, they manage to royally fuck up something. The only gameplay item is a very small shelf thing that is supposed to act both as a bookcase and as a speaker, at that would've been a nice thing to have to save up space in a tiny home or something, but only the speaker part of it works, and the books are only for decoration. So yeah, it's only a weird-looking speaker. Lame!
