as much as i want to get into city building games, they feel like work to me and i get 0 enjoyment out of them, so i don't really have too much knowledge about them. seeing this one have penguins i decided to give this genre one more shot, and to my surprise i managed to play 2,5 hours (wow!! but really, it is a big things for me lol) without getting bored and without being overwhelmed by the HUD, but still i'm not in a good position to compare it to other games in the genre and say if it's good or not because i don't know what the standart is. i guess i can say if you're like me, and you don't like this genre but love penguins it might be worth looking into! it's really cute to zoom in and watch them do their things

it is realy cute and u can zoom in and look at them all walking around it is so cute

It's your average build and management game, though it takes some inspiration from timberborn I assume. You play as a colony of penguins, who are trying to survive the global warming and the ice melting around them, and you are tasked to build and, well, survive.

United Penguin Kingdom: Huddle Up is the free prologue version of the upcoming full game, and you are able to experience a full year in this very fun prologue. It's a very well made prologue and a game in general, I enjoyed it a lot. Made me want to get the full game, so I guess it was successful in it's job?

Since it's free, I will very much recommend everyone to try it out and see if the full game might be up your alley! The prologue only took me around 1 hour to complete, so it isn't that long.
