I played this forever ago in early access and didn't realize until now that it had been out for years already. I love the the setting, the character designs, the levels. Unfortunately while the character control is full of good ideas the physics in general are too finicky to be satisfying.

8+ years for this shit?

Whilst I enjoyed my time with the game, a few interesting ideas and mechanics could only take it so far. Even after an almost decade long development time, Overgrowth is just a tech demo masquerading as a game.
