eu tinha uns 6 anos quando joguei esse jogo pela primeira vez, e foi minha primeira experiência com jogos violentos e a primeira vez que eu vi uma mulher pe.... isso eu não precisava contar.

Quando eu era apenas um Cururuzinho eu "ia" (vendo meu primo jogar, pq eu era uma criança burra e só sabia jogar no teclado) desde o início até a "morte" do Kratos pelo Zeus, após derrotar a Moeda de 1 Real. E quem diria, essa foi a parte que mais me agradou hoje em dia !! A premissa é foda, quem não iria ficar empolgado após jogar o GOW 1 vendo que o pau ia comer no GOW 2? Mas... o enredo desse jogo é bem mais fraco que o do primeiro, lá pras 4 horas de jogo eu já não estava tão engajado com a trama e fui cada vez mais me desinteressando pelo jogo em si.
E ainda por cima, em umas 8h de jogo, a PORRA da ROM as vezes crashava e eu perdia umas horas de jogo (por isso as horas totais de gameplay ficaram inflacionadas), talvez esse fator tenha me desgastado ainda mais com o jogo, apesar de antes desses acontecidos eu já estava com um certo saco cheio de jogá-lo.
Mesmo eu tendo me aborrecido um pouco, é um bom jogo ainda. Na minha opinião totalmente carregado por designs maneiros e uns momentos "fodas". O primeiro me pegou bem mais, mesmo com todos os problemas.

Kratos has to escape his torment by entering a dungeon, getting a super strong weapon, and killing a god. Except that he gets betrayed. Who could have seen that coming.

People often call it "the best" GoW game from the first trilogy. I don't know, I think I like GoW 3 better... Probably because I was very young when I first played it and I haven't replayed it in a while
This is exactly what a sequel game should like. God of war 2 builds on its predecessor's gameplay, its story and obviously the mechanics and graphics.
The story begins with Kratos being the god of war and flows through his fall from grace due to spoilery reasons and then eventual (start of) rise again.
The combat feels both nostalgic as well as fresh. The story feels just as bombastic as ever and the characters are fun and make nerds like me happy.
For its time, god of war was one of THE video game series and the middle entry holds its own. It has definitely aged over time, but I think it is still a worthy recommend even today!

Foda pra crl, progressão muito boa, história maneira e viajada, lutas bem feitas pra caralho, não tem a dificuldade injusta do primeiro.

Streaming fucking sucks. Literally had no issues until about 3/4 of the game where it would just crash as soon as I got to a certain area. Was legit at the endgame pretty much. Mad angry. My wifi is not even that bad. Kill yourself.
anyways game was fire way better than 1 (tho I love 1), controls and visuals improved quite well, the areas were sick and the main story was good too. Had to watch the ending on youtube 💀, excited for 3 tho!!! (i can download it so no streaming issues GOD BLESS.)

This is THE best God of War game and maybe the best game on PS2.
Game sensacional, um dos melhores da franquia, muito muito bom, lutas frenéticas e uma ótima história.
