doesn't even try to do anything with its gamefication, unlike scmrpg, where that's used for absurdity and indirect inner monologue

reading that one review with like 20 likes yeah it does attempt to ingrain some strategy to it but the whole rpgmaker to it makes it feel like garb. generally don't like 4 directional attack games in the first place but this one makes it almost comical with how random the accuracy is and how it incentivises grinding for upgrades. so it does start as a not power fantasy but with some play it inches closer and closer to that
