My indie game of the year 2018. Admittedly I didn’t play a lot of the bigger indie games that year so this was mostly a close race between Minit and this game but I went with Wandersong. It’s a silly game with very simple gameplay and puzzles but the characters, story, and overall vibes the game has are more then enough to justify this achievement. The game is long so there is plenty of time to get to know all the characters and the lore of the world. The climax of this game is also beautiful and got me very emotional. Music is just really important and powerful to me. Great game that I can recommend to anyone with a bit of time on their hands.
