- game operates in real time but pauses while you aren't moving
- press square to aim characters in straight lines and pauses enemy actions
- shoot enemies while characters run across
- if you shoot an enemy while grounded you can launch them in the air
- jump to sprayfire and smack airborne enemies down for bonuses
- run characters between each other to build combo attack points
- if you don't take out enemies or shields you lose bezels. without them you can't run and are very vulnerable

you could have learned all of this in the span of 15 minutes and never needed to look at another tutorial again

it's really not that complicated
