The base game is better due to it emphasising denser urban zones which plays to the parkour mechanics better. This felt a bit too flat, had a lot of driving. Which is fun, but not as good as the base game. Side quests and combat are about as good as the first game aswell as story. I got this in a free update so it was worth it.
