Although most things in this game were improved upon from the last game, this one didnt leave me with the same feeling the last one did. feels like alot of things dont make sense, for example; ichibans obsession with Eiji felt way too forced, and not built up at all. As well as his love of Saeko, this game made me really not like saeko at all. another thing was, the daidoji fell flat in this game, like they just killed off the agent dude outta nowhere? no mention on the cliffhanger from gaiden about his real name..

id say all around a improvement gameplay wise, downgrade story wise. me personally, i value story more so id rate the last game higher.
