If you are a fan of:

Lego Games
Harry Potter
you'll probably have a pretty decent time with this game. If you're not any of those, you're not really missing out on much.
There are some neat ideas and mechanics like the time turner mechanic that makes you travel back in time, changing the puzzles and unlockables around you (unfortunately it's not required to beat the game if my memory serves me correct). However, there are lots of parts of the game that are somewhat repetitive, and some environments just have not aged well on the Wii, especially the forest at night environments.
Despite the fact that I probably won't return to this game after completing it, I still enjoyed playing something more on the slow paced and casual side.
