As close to perfect as one of these Danganronpa games can realistically be. 1 and 2 were wild and fun, but this third one has so much polish and actual interesting mysteries to solve, not to mention the great soundtrack and gameplay during trials, that I think it is the definitive game in the series. Definitely not what every fan wanted, but I keep coming back to this one. Even the character writing makes the other games feel dated by comparison. Not that those games were bad even, just unrefined. This game is a perfect sendoff and I hope the team continues to develop new stories, even if it's sad to see this one done for good.
